At Agriturismo Ca du Chittu, we cook what the land gives us -  sesonal, fresh and full of flavour. Our restaurant offer genuine farm-to-table food made with ingredients from our garden and local producers in Liguria.

It's a place where nature, tradition and hospitality meet, surrounded by the hills of La Spezia.

From the garden to the table

Our cooking is simple, but authentic. We use only seasonal and organic ingredients, grown directly on our farm or soured from nearby producers.

Slow food in the heart of nature

Dinner at Ca du Chittu is not just a meal -  it's a moment of connection. We cook with care, and we eat slowly. It's slow food in its purest form: respect for time, land and people.

Open for our guests and visitors

The restaurant is open to:

• guests of our agriturismo;
• walkers and travellers looking for a real taste of Liguria.
• During high season the restaurant is open 5 evenings a week (not on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
• We are open 3 evenings in the pre- and post-season

We kindly ask to book in advance, so we can cook what the garden offers that day.

Our products

We produce:

• Seasonal vegetables and fruits;
• Herbs;
• Organic eggs;
• Honey;
• Homemade jams and preserves;
• Limoncello
• Grappa and Liqueur...

All are used in our kitchen or available for purchase on the farm.

Sustainable dining

We cook responsibly:

• using solar energy and wood energy;
• avoiding waste;
• composting organic leftovers;
• sourcing everything locally.

Every meal tells the story of the land.

Practical information

📍Location: Carro, La Spezia (Liguria);

🍽️ Open for dinner by reservation;

🕗 Dinner starts for everyone 8 PM;

🥬 Please indicate in advance whether you eat meat or not and whether there are any allergies.

€ The price for a menu is €35,- For children under 14 years old we serve, in consultation, a primo and dolce for €15,-.
